Hmm, I guess those birthday tamales and margarita sno cones set me back a bit. I don't know if its self sabotage or what but ever since the pandemic began I can't seem to let myself get below 170lbs. If I could it would free my mind of the "obese" label obsession. I used to somewhat maintain between 155-165 and after that spring break that never ended I never got back on track. I am feeling very burned out. Working from home with all these distractions and very little of what made work motivating is destroying my self-esteem and sanity. No privacy, no autonomy, no rest. I don't even actually believe the kids will really go back to school in the fall. 😭 Thanks for listening.
