Yes, Atkins. I'm trying to do induction, too. The only thing I know I'm doing wrong is having too many sugar substitutes in a day. I hope that doesn't stall me--I don't know how I can manage without it. I drink several cups of tea every day with sugar substitute in it, and also a couple bottles of flavored water (plain water in the winter just doesn't do it for me). I tried starting Atkins last January, and again in April. Both times I stopped after a couple weeks when I hadn't lost a thing. I've done Atkins in the past, and had good success. So that's why I'm staying off the scale--trying to focus on eating right and keeping my head straight, and trusting that the weight will eventually come off if I stay true. Thanks for writing!
