I'm stepping up my exercise. walked 6 miles today at about 18 min a mile. I worked up a sweat and feel good about this. I am no one who looks forward to exercise but I do have a sense of accomplishment once I have done it. :)J.
83.5 kg Lost so far: 14.1 kg.    Still to go: 20.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
