I am having a hard time getting my family to adapt to my "re-found" eating and lifestyle change. They don't have a lot of choice, I do most of the grocery shopping and cooking of meals.

Still very sore, especially on the day of rest between 3 back to back sessions at the gym; I will need to do yardwork or some other tasks to keep limbered up on those days.
122.5 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 54.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
