My smallest deficit of the LGLCHF program, and I gained a tad. Not really much to be concerned about, especially considering yesterday was a great macro day! I exceeded protein, was low on carbs, had the deficit, and was only a little high on fat.
My only issue yesterday was that I had to fight off some awful cravings for something sweet. I might need to appease my sweet tooth in the next day or two so I don't go carb-crazy!
