Each of us has the freedom to choose the way we wish to feel and how we respond to life. You can regulate your emotional life by making a conscious decision to draw your happiness from within and look for the positive aspects of everything you experience. No person or event has the power to control your emotions or force you to hold on to negative thoughts. You can claim your emotions as your own and never again be subject to unpleasant feelings by taking ownership of your reactions. Amen Lisa! Want happiness. We NEED it!!! Today will choose to do the things that align with my dream, no damaging food choices. When unpleasant feeling loom up, I will get them out of my head by free journaling or intense cardio! Hope all your choices are happy ones today my friend! PS: I replied to your 25th comment. Lisa, I want to thank you for your kind support and your inspiration. Yes, I choose my freedom. I refuse to have fear. This is my body and I have choice. I shall nourish it with best choice I can find for it. And slim look in the mirror is extra bonus! Happy evening, Lisa:)
