I broke down & changed my goal weight officially....6 lbs. lower than it was but only 3.4 lbs. from where I am today. I may lower it another 5 lbs. if I make it & seem to be maintaining at that weight. My line is green, now....wonder what I need to lose to get in the blue again 💚💙 I didn't change my calorie allowance. I'm averaging at least 100 calories under each week anyway. Since I'm focused on a loss I'll only change them if I don't see any results in the next week or 2.

I felt like I was doing "Hot Yoga" today 🥵🔥🌞🧎‍♀️🧘‍♀️ by the time I got started. I was doing laundry & stuff & it heated up outside.Thankfully a storm started brewing in the distance & I got a breeze before I finished.

Then I had a light lunch of avocado with Tajin, olive tampenade hummus, sweet yellow peppers & everything bagel chips...under 300 calories.

My daughter called & caught me up on her ex's latest drama. He's a shit, so he deserves everything he gets....but it does effect my granddaughter. I get to see the 2 of them (daughter & GD) in just over a month!!

Boneless porkchops for dinner. And veggies....
64.6 kg Lost so far: 13.8 kg.    Still to go: 3.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Setting the goal weight officially makes all the difference! I can see my mindset and habits changing as I keep that goal in mind.

That's great that you gave yourself the option to change yout goal. Sounds like a good workout today. The temperature and humity sure makes a difference, doesn't it? Too bad about your daughters ex, especially when it affects your granddaughter. That's a heck of a situation. Hope it gets better. 💕
