Had my 2nd vaccine dose so didn't exercise for 3 days but still ate healthy foods. This proves to myself that a healthy diet & staying under my maintenance caloric level is what matters the most in this journey (for me at least.)
92.4 kg Lost so far: 14.2 kg.    Still to go: 13.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Me and exercise are not good buddies, I reached my goal with healthy food choices and staying under my allowed calorie intake. Though I really should make better friends with exercise 🤭

Hahaha me too 49Street! Can’t even walk my daughter‘s dog at the moment due to her broken leg and I must confess I don’t miss it. I’m a horrible person
