heading out for a week of vacation. No scale likely at hotel. I declined to bring one. Seemed like there was a lot of pressure back up to 139 when I dropped to 137, hunger, fatigue, poor sleep. maybe it's too low. my scale says 12.5% body fat. I want 10%. Calipers say 8% (three areas average of sides). Anyone know which is more accurate?

Interesting! I’ve been feeling the same last couple of months after hitting goal at 175. Not logging and definitely eating more. Attitude is up energy is up and weight as well but I’m just gonna ride this for a minute. Have a great vacation bro!

Calipers I think, but the best is water displacement tank.

There's almost always a scale in the gym. Pretend it doesn't exist, and enjoy vacation.

Enjoy your time and soak in all the special moments. You, of all people, need have no fear of not doing wonderfully. An extra percent or two...? Perfection has a "window" I think you are well within. 😊

Digital scales are more precise than accurate so I just follow trend .. I'm guessing calipers are more accurate if technique is good. I'd trust the mirror and how you feel and not fixate on an absolute number. I felt fatigue when I dropped below 152 lb. 👍
