Anti depressants are challenging, they are supposed to help our mood improve but sometimes the changes they cause hurt that mental healing process. I hope things level off for you, if not hopefully your doctor can offer you an alternative that won’t have such a negative impact on how you feel. It’s wonderful that you are trying to help improve your happiness. Depression is a scary demon to battle but you are facing it. That takes a lot of strength. ❤️

My 1st weight gain issues were from pills too. Same with my sister. They did warn me that the particular pill I was taking would make me gain weight but I was skinny as a rake at the time so I didn't mind at all. I didn't realize it made you gain weight forever!
