Hmmm. I guess I was wearing heavy clothing this morning. I weighed myself this afternoon, and I was 136 in the nude. I changed my weight back to 139 then.
63.0 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yeah, you should always weigh yourself nude, preferably in the morning before you eat or drink anything and after you go to the bathroom so the readings will be valid ;)
