Took a little break from counting the calories, for my own sanity lol I wasn’t losing anything and was getting too frustrated. I’m glad I haven’t gained any weight during this break and it looks like I even lost 100g 😅 Now back at it again! 💪🏻
99.2 kg Lost so far: 3.8 kg.    Still to go: 14.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

There’s another way without counting calories, effective if you stay within the daily allotments: Here are the servings 3 fresh fruit (mandatory, not optional.) 2 meat/protein 2 bread/ starch/grains 8 veggies (corn and peas are counted as starches) 1 fat 1 treat Something to try maybe?

It goes without saying (right?) that the “one treat” is *small*: One TBSP jam, one square of chocolate, one bite of cheesecake (good luck with that one! I never dared try it) and so on.

Oh my just 1 bite of cheesecake might be tough haha I’m such a sweet tooth!!

Alternative strategy: skip the treats all week and have one small slice on the weekend to top off another 7 days of successful weight loss!
