Well this is unexpected. I have, inadvertently, gone low-grade LCHF over the past 3 days, and the result is a 3 pound loss today! Except... it's probably fluid, so don't get excited! I say "low-grade LCHF", because I'm not trying to do LCHF (and I truly don't know that much about it, tbh), I just noticed my fat intake was up about 20%, my carbs down ~30%, and suddenly, I'm at a 5-month low. That makes me somewhat happy, but I'm not reading anything into this. I'll see if I can't keep the intake numbers consistent for a few more days, and see how the averages shake out.
83.4 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 6.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
