Is it just me or does some peculiar thing happen after doing really well for a week, you step on the scale and see how much weight you lost, are really elated and then suddenly eat a bunch of garbage which you know will put the weight back on? What is that all about? At least I am back on track-stayed true to the potatoes only yesterday and still below 215 so I can put that number in the permanent rear view. Just musing here on this self destructive phenomena.
