Woohoo! Just hit the 220’s! It’s been awhile since I’ve been here. My clothes are fitting me looser which makes me feel great! I feel really good. I ate beef a couple times this week which was delicious. My Spirits are high!
104.2 kg Lost so far: 6.9 kg.    Still to go: 24.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
