Yippee! This is week #21, weighing in a day late because I was away from the scale. This loss should be legit since I’ve been staying pretty well on plan. My average daily intake is in the 1200s but I’m still choosing “sedentary” when I use the body weight planner to estimate the rate of loss.

Otherwise I’m trying to get motivated to tackle some projects for work, and it would be nice to get out for a walk when the weather and my schedule cooperate.

Grateful for all the encouragement and support here. Hope everyone is having a good week! Try to remember that unless the problem is true hunger, the answer is not in the fridge or pantry.
95.8 kg Lost so far: 11.7 kg.    Still to go: 18.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
