No surprise on the weight since I didn't do very good this week. Oh well, every day is a new day. February is a bittersweet Month for me anyways between Valentine's day and my daughter's birthday being good things but my Grandfather passes away in February so it is still a sad month for me. I am trying to stay on track. Hope everyone else is doing well. At least I can say I went another week without soda :)
108.6 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 49.6 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

:) Hello Bruce, I'm Melissa and I have a Pepsi addiction lol Thank you for the encouragement :) I am known for being extremely hard on myself if I feel I am failing. It is something I am trying very hard to stop doing because I know it is hurting me much more than helping me.
