Was gone for 2 weeks in Puerto Rico. First week was mission trip, second week vacation. Thought I gained more than I did, so happy with that!

58.0 kg Lost so far: 2.1 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
