Ok I am doing well. Considering my weight was so low last week from being so very sick and dehydrated I was expecting to be a little more this week. 0.2 lbs is completely acceptable in my book, it is better than I had hoped for. I had two rough days this week where I am sure I did not maintain my calorie deficit. One day was pizza and another was BBQ ribs, but the important thing was I did not use it as an excuse to start eating other stuff, like desserts. I ate the pizza and the ribs and that was that, the rest of my meals were spot on. I need to feel like when the weight is gone this time I will have the practice I need to know how to keep it off. These months of losing are my training months for both my mind and my body. I really want to believe the 160's are behind me for good, that would be a treasured accomplishment!
72.2 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 8.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Think positive. Say goodbye to the 160s and hello to the 150s. You can do this. We're all behind you and we believe in you. Sometimes we have to say "NO" to those foods which cause us problems. For me, it's anything with HFCS as an ingredient. But I'm getting there, the same as you. I've officially said goodbye to the 220s and hello to the 21x's. Even if it's just .2 pounds it's still the next mini-step on your journey.
