Really though, not fat, just water weight. The real loss comes from how many calories you burn vs eat. It's still a loss... although, that's not a lot of calories. You juice fasting or something?

there's no way you're not losing weight. both fat and muscle, in such an aggressive deficit like that your body would no doubt have to tap into stored fat/muscle for energy.

I agree, the 6 oz is just water weight. 160 calories on a regular basis is NOT healthy.

Hi Eral. I am born at 1967. Sedentary almost to rottening since gyms closed and reopened for the vaccinated. I weigh 77.7 kg (171.3 lbs), i am 1.75 m (5' 8.3") tall, my BMI is 25.37 so i am slightly overweight and i was severe morbidly obese for decades. You are one year older than me, you weigh 84.1 kg (185.4 lbs), you are 1.90 m (6'2") tall, your BMI is 23.3 so you at a normal weight. I maintain at a monthly average of 2300-2500 kcal. Nowadays i am in mood of losing. I lowered slightly my cals to 2100 and i have started losing weight. And i am just an average guy. My main objective is to have a good aging rather than losing weight no matter how. My top, by far, priorities are maintaining bone mass density, maintain or even increase muscle tissue and feed myself as clean as possible. And last losing fat no other way than through a healthy one. I do not mind if i die next morning but if i am about to live another forty years i want to be able to be as healthy as possible and at a physical state of being able to do body weight squat, chinup and decline pushup easily. You are at better shape than me. I was shocked when i realized that you indeed eat that little. Even more seeing you complain about not losing. For me it is impossible to go monthly averages less than 1800 kcal. Real hunger preveils. I lose my mind. You are not morbidly obese, not even overweight, to push yourself that hard. Beware of your health. Bone loss accelerates and can not be reversed in our age and muscle tissue is easy to lose and extremely hard to gain. Both are critical for our well aging. When i realized how much diet can impact those parameters, fat loss lost its top priority. Good luck.

Inputs sincerely appreciated. I've never been a big eater, or let's say I've always been very irregular. This is a bit of an experiment and I don't intend to go that low for much longer. The truth is I'm not hungry, or maybe I've learned to live with that feeling over the years. No good = no eating, get over it, period.
