Well, I'm up a couple of pounds from last week. I'm not going to stress too much but I think I set my RDI too high last week. I'm going to go at it one more week and see where I am then possibly make an adjustment next week if my weight is up again. Still trying to find the balance since I have added weight training to my routine.

Dollars to donuts the 'up' is water in the muscles due to weight training; bet if you skipped it one day you'd see the drop instead of messing with your RDI....
