i'm happy to have achieved this weeks goal now i have 400g to lose in a week to reach next weeks!
i have made chocolate brownies for valentines day so lets hope i have enough self control to eat only 2...
53.1 kg Lost so far: 22.9 kg.    Still to go: 0.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Way to go! :) Don't get disappointed if you ever miss a weekly goal, usually the changes are somewhat unpredictable and may take more time! It's good to have set goals though ;) lol I don't know what would happen if I ate one of those things. I fear that it would just taste too good or something even though I'm good without them now. I don't even want to think about it lol.
