Everytime I cannot sleep well I see no a rise or barely any drop.
132.3 kg Lost so far: 5.6 kg.    Still to go: 41.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Interesting. Is that like an internal battle. I feel I have experienced this too.

Sleeplessness causes a rise in cortisol (the enemy of weight loss;) and besides, we process metabolic changes, including weight loss, best when we sleep. So this a a well-known, common phenomenon. One one that I, and countless other insomniacs, could happily get along without! It sucks.

Good info granmalaura, thank you. It definately has been trending for me. Its nice to see a reason as opposed to just a coincidence.
