I kept the calories in check yesterday, but didn't sleep at all last night. Regular sleep is so important to helping the body repair and eliminate. Well, I should sleep really well tonight. Sticking with my plan and continuing to watch what goes in the mouth. My sister is visiting for several days culminating with a party. Now this will be a challenge. J
85.3 kg Lost so far: 12.2 kg.    Still to go: 21.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
