Weird morning. Forgot to take my diabetes meds lastnight, morning was always my highest sugar, so woke up tested right away, it was 5.2! and I weigh less! Im semi convinced im still sleeping.
132.3 kg Lost so far: 5.6 kg.    Still to go: 41.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
