Oh God.. trying not to freak out because it's totally normal to gain and loose 5 pounds.. I think I'm freaking out because I've stayed this weight for so long lol.. I have to keep reminding myself.. I am the captain of my ship.. if I have to sacrifice potato life for a month so I put my health goals in priority... then so be it. no pain no gain
