I've hit a plateau... and I haven't been disciplined at all... so I've decided to do a week of fasting.. eat in the morning 4am and evening at 8pm... I love doing this routine despite it being difficult because I find my mind realizes... we are more than just flesh impulses. it's definitely a spiritual decision linked to my eating.. I'm super close to my goal and I want to reflect why I'm holding back when I'm so close.
