This finally got me off the couch and got my butt moving. Yes it is cold and snowing where I live, which we rarely get, but I found some DVDs to walk to on the inside. Leslie Sansone Walk Away the Pounds is helping me or I guess I'm helping myself by using them.
109.3 kg Lost so far: 11.3 kg.    Still to go: 18.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Have a great walk. I miss my walks in the snow. There was something very primal about it, getting all bundled up and huffing and puffing!
