My workout for today and the effects of eating 5000 calories yesterday.

This reminds me of Sam Feltham's experiment, where he eats close to 6000 calories a day over several weeks and doesn't see the predicted weight gain. It's popular in the LCHF world to claim CICO doesn't matter.

(of course, protein and fiber were not equated between the "junk food" and "plant-based" versions he tired, and even if his CO went up, this doesn't invalidate CICO)
