Starting my strength training program this week. 4 days of heavy lifting each week to see what changes I can make to my body in the next 10 weeks.

Also, I've increased the upcoming calories to an average of 3000 per day with a few spikes for fun 😀

Me too. Altho I’m trying to loose weight at the same time! 😔 bit seeing the quads will make it worth it in the end! Will you be posting your workouts? It’s nice to learn some new things. I’m going to do 5x5 programme because I know how to & I have equipment. Good luck on your gains & your calories #foodgoalz 😋

I take a more "gentle tearing" approach than "ripped". "Gains by a thousand paper cuts" as the old saying goes.

Piggy - a 5x5 will last you quite awhile. That's how I got my start. It's a great program to get you going and lay the foundation for your future. I'll post my workouts more diligently - it's been sporadic lately, but I think I've got a schedule down now 👌
