Don’t know where this came from because I’ve been eating within my calories limit, sometimes even less. I guess I wasn’t that active this past week because I was busy with work all week and didn’t go on my daily walks 🤷🏻‍♀️
99.3 kg Lost so far: 3.7 kg.    Still to go: 14.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

The fluctuations happen naturally and regularly so we can not just focus on the scale. I too took a jump up this morning, I thought I was a good boy yesterday too 🤭

Thank you for the support! Yeah I’ve been eating less sweets too, sometimes none during the day, but I guess it’s natural fluctuations like you said. My pants don’t feel tight anymore though 😅😅
