No weight this morning. I missed my sleep goal and I was up 6 pounds so I’m not recording it. Very odd phenomenon but it’s so a thing, that when I am low on sleep I weigh heavier…. I swear! 😅 Rainy day here in Michigan so mani pedis and facials for me and then movie night with the babies and husband. Staying strong 💪🏼 with food but no running today as I need to get my mind off of my body checking cuz it’s getting annoying lol Have a great day everyone
92.6 kg Lost so far: 17.1 kg.    Still to go: 17.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Sleep is crucial for fat loss. Almost all fat leaves the body while we sleep via respiration. I have been known to weigh in at 0500 on a cut, miss my number, force myself back to sleep, and weigh in 2# lighter a couple hours later. Nutso, but true.
