Been very constipated lately … hoping it’ll balance out tomorrow

The old standby: a bran muffin for breakfast? You might not be able to eat all of it yet, but it’s effective. A bit of butter helps the taste if you don’t care for it plain. I put raisins in mine but not everybody likes that.

Perfect remedy Grammalaura. Unfortunately I’m not permitted to eat bread (any baked goods) or dairy yet. Veggies and meat only for the next few months. I took some mayalax though lol
