what can i say except if you are going to pay attention to a diet - do it, if you are going to exercise - do it and if you see a gain after six weeks or so of neglect and the clothes are getting tight then it's your fault no one else's - it's a new day so don't complain be happy and start over!
65.3 kg Lost so far: 43.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.6 kg a Week
