>>> OUT OF THE 400s <<<<

So I woke up today to find myself OUT of the 400's and into the 300's at 397!!!!! I'm so excited I had to weigh myself like four times just to make sure. Nothing like seeing progress to make me doubly motivated to keep going!

Here are a few of my next milestones I want to hit:

385 - This is the weight I put on forms like at the blood bank to donate
376 - This is where I was after I lost a lot of weight my first semester in grad school
364- This will be 50 pounds lost since I started in January
350 - I've a bet with a friend to make it here before he does

Thanks to this website for the support!
180.4 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 89.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Keep going. Don't let ANYTHING throw you off track. And when you have a bad day, shrug it off, start fresh the following day but do not let that one bad day make you have two bad days because you beat yourself up.

The weight i have on here is not right, I shall fix it. My weight on my drivers license has never changed. I have not see 185 in yearrrrrrrrrrs. I too am trying you will do great ! Keep up the good work!

How great that you have a friend working on the same goal! I found some nice gals here on this site and we all agreed to lose 12 lbs. by Easter. Congratulations on getting into the 300s. I can tell it means a lot to you and you should be very proud of yourself!
