Last night I fried my first center cut pork chop using pork rinds as my 'breading'. I used a little Canola Oil to fry it in and O.M.G..... it was SO GOOOOD! Can I have another one of those today? :D

I also made broccoli cheese soup, from a recipe I found here. It was pretty good!! I would have loved it more if it were THICKER, you know ... add a little flour to thicken it up some? But of course, I did not. (CARBS) It was still so good. I've been trying to find that recipe again. (Where can I find the recipes I've saved here?) Still feeling a bit lost in this site lol

I was happy to see I am down another pound this morning :)

I've been using xantham + guar gums for thickeners in sauces and gravies. They're fiber. Got the idea from a low carb General Tso's chicken recipe.
