Not weighed in ages. I know I’d got heavier but I’ve been swimming 1mile every other night and 5k interval runs on the runner
91.5 kg Lost so far: 3.7 kg.    Still to go: 3.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Muscle mass increases weight through working out I’m guessing I always think of this as “good weight gain” 😏

as long as you're living a healthy lifestyle, you don't need to always keep tallying the numbers on the scale.
