Hi Sambo1975
It’s 45grm of rolled porridge oats,
Half a tea spoon of baking powder,
Pinch of salt,
Two eggs and two bananas.
Blend it all and leave it for about 15 mins.
Frying pan and use a table spoon full to get portion sizes.
I add defrosted frozen blueberries and some honey.
Enjoy

506 on their own for approx 8 pancakes (I had 4 so 253)
Add about 150 with honey and blueberries on top
Around 400 how I had them😋

They look delicious 😋 My problem is that if I make something really tasty 😋 even if it’s low calorie and full of goodness I eat the lot toooooo quickly, so I stick to boring that works for me 😃🤗
