7 mile walk this morning before work. It feels good to be more on track with eating and exercising even though the scale isn't rewarding.
68.4 kg Lost so far: 18.2 kg.    Still to go: 0.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Someone once said, "Scales are for fish!" It's a useful tool to help guide as needed, and fluctuates all day.
