In control. Current approach is no snacking at all during day or eating after dinner Mon-Thurs. Then on Fri-Sun can relax and not worry (too much) about what I eat/drink.
71.4 kg Lost so far: 8.8 kg.    Still to go: 0.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week
