2ManyCurves's Journal, 04 Feb 14

The body is a funny thing. It appears that when I do my long runs (9 miles+) I am heavier the following morning even while staying within RDI. My theory is that my leg muscles are sore and inflamed drawing in more water. This morning, I have seen a drop back of 1.1 pounds. Yesterday was my rest day (no exercise) and, frankly, I ate terrible...including no bake cookies I attempted to make using artificial sweetener. I did consume quite a bit of water (120 oz), but that really is no different than how much I have been regularly consuming. In any event, it is nice to lose the 1.1 pounds I was up yesterday.
83.1 kg Lost so far: 30.4 kg.    Still to go: 21.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I generally always weigh in the morning after rest days for that same reason. :-)

I guess thats something we all figure out on our own, nobody told me either! Lol Definitely water retention though. No worries, youre doing great and I highly doubt some no bake cookies are going to outweigh all that exercise :-)
