Yesterday I ate a pub sub and chips. It was such a treat and I cut out at half so it wasn’t a huge calorie overload. But I’ll tell you the other half has been taunting me from the fridge
72.4 kg Lost so far: 21.0 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.5 kg a Week
