Another tiny drop.
I prefer this to a big drop like last week, and then an equivalent gain in a day or two - leading to a long plateau. But all I can do is keep going; what the scale says about it is out of my control anyway!
109.8 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg.    Still to go: 21.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
