Beer and chips at the superbowl party had the feared result. I am still exercising everyday though and I feel great. I have stocked up on veggies and made a plan for the week. I have to just keep that positive attitude. I CAN DO THIS!
78.5 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
