Aaaaaand back to double digits again on the scales!!! Yay! Let’s keep it up. The past few days been really hard, because my weight wasn’t going down at all or sometimes it would go up 200-300 grams despite that I’ve been eating even less calories than I’m supposed to. I guess just the calorie deficit alone doesn’t work for me, it’s also what you eat. For me I need to cut down on carbs and fats so my gallbladder can function properly. But I’m not stopping.
99.5 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 14.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
