Just getting back from vacation and actually down 2 pounds. We went to the black Hills and Colorado. Nice trip but very busy, hence the weight loss.

100.7 kg Lost so far: 38.6 kg. Still to go: 10.4 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 0.2 kg a Week
