I just can't seem to get to 125lbs.... I eat like a pig and still nothing. I guess my metabolism is just too fast.
54.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.8 kg a Week

Trying to gain? Do you lift heavy enough and eat "building" foods? Sometimes is slow progress... hang in there!!

I agree, your healthy "building" foods are going to have proteins in them, and lots of it. Maybe try some Protein bars or shakes after any workouts?

I wonder if being vegan has anything to do with it. My proteins come from whole grains, peas and beans and nuts. I generally consume 40 to 50g of protein daily. It's a slow process indeed. It's like I cannot break past 120lbs.
