A1c this morning was 5.8. 30 day avg on my Freestyle (211 readings) was 104.

Been supplementing with MCT for a few days. Have gradually cut back on meat fat to next to nothing by changing over to grass fed beef (which is lean and high in omega-3). Also cut way down on dairy by substituting MCT and coconut oil. My main dietary fat sources are coconut, walnut, fish, and MCT. I still eat some dairy in the form of Greek Yogurt for the probiotics.

Also still eating chicken once a week but will switch to free range chicken when I find a reliable source. Limiting my fruit to 1-2 servings/day of the low glycemic, high anti-oxidant/nutrient varieties. The rest of my carbs are made up of a variety of non-starchy vegetables. Also cutting back on caffeine after 2 PM to observe any changes. Still having caffeine free tea after 2.
78.7 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
