Started adding MCT (medium chain triglyceride) oil to my daily diet. I'll be substituting it for the less healthy omega-6 laden items ie: dairy fats. I used it instead of butter on my veggies tonight and was pleasantly surprised how good they tasted. BTW, I added it to my protein shake this morning and couldn't taste any difference, but had super high energy that lasted for hours. I keep trying it in different situations and report back.
