Well exercise still increased 20,000 plus steps a day. Eating better and into most size 12’s so going well regardless of scale #
81.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 18.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.5 kg a Week
